We recognise our responsibility to act ethically and with integrity in all business relationships and to implement effective systems and controls to safeguard against modern slavery.

This statement is made in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the steps INTU Housing Solutions Ltd takes to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within our organisation or within the services we provide.

Our Organisation

INTU Housing Solutions Ltd provides services including:

  • Supported accommodation

  • Housing management services

  • Outsourced support work

  • Support worker and housing management training

  • Tenant wellbeing and support services

  • Consultancy and compliance support for managing agents and landlords

We work closely with landlords, managing agents, local authorities, and partner organisations to deliver safe and supportive housing environments.

Due to the nature of our work supporting vulnerable adults, safeguarding and ethical practice are central to everything we do.
